Darling hat circa 1930s or 1940s. Black wool felt with a utterly charming curly winter white feather attached to either side, little black bows at the base of each. Label reads: Chapeaux by Roze, and gives a size of 22 and 1/2.

Excellent vintage condition. There's not much to note. Some wear to the feathers perhaps but far less than one would expect with a hat this age.
